I am so excited to hear that I have friends that are switching to clean eating with me! YAY! It makes the transition so much easier when you have people right there with ya. I can see all of the recipe exchanges now!

There are some crockpot ideas that sound pretty good. I'll let ya know if I try them.

ReplyDeleteYeah, Adrian doesn't really care much about it. He would prefer sticking to what he's been eating...but then I remind him this is good for his heart too and because his dad recently had a heart attack, he starts back on my line of thinking :) hehe So I have to work harder to keep us both on track...but I lost 2 pounds this week :) Yay!
